I am always very fond of wooden homewares and over at Everyday Canoe, these pieces are so lovely and versatile. Handcrafted from wooden offcuts, the artist whittled each piece to its desired form with a knife, then smoothened and sealed with food safe coating. To have a closer look and feel, do swing by Sunday Artists Market at The Vault, 23 Circular Road (nearest MRT station, Clarke Quay) this sunday from 13:00-18:00. There’s also other local craftsmen booths to visit, live music and food to fill your tummy.
